For more than 50 years, Shaw Tower has been part of the Beach Road skyline. Reimagined for today, it brings together a new Grade A workplace, retail and public spaces, while retaining traces of the building that came before.
HERITAGE
AN ERA REBORN
Completed in 1975, the original Shaw Tower was among Singapore’s early mixed-use landmarks. Its distinctive Brutalist architecture and Prince and Jade cinemas made it a familiar part of the city’s commercial and cultural landscape.
The new Shaw Tower carries this legacy forward through restored façade panels, the original Shaw Brothers logo and cinema artefacts integrated throughout the development. Together, these details connect a new workplace destination with the stories of its past.
